Poor service at Audi workshop
I have given my Etron registration number AQZ 390 on 14-01-24 to Audi workshop Karachi with a problem of trunk door shock damages. They promised to repair in 2to 3 days but keep delaying the delivery without any reason. After 20 days they ask me to pick the vehicle which I picked through my son.I am absolutly shocked to see that their is special noice coming up from the trunk door despite the fact that they charged high price of this repair.It is unbeleivable that that such a high rated brand in the world has such a low standared of service.By the way this is not the first time I was negatively surprised with their service standared.
Water ALWAYS STARTS FLOWING FROM THE TOP .I attached the delivery receipt as well as the invoice charged for repair
